Better gut health, hormonal balance, and the kind of wellbeing that goes beyond “just getting by”.

OUR APPROACH

I started Thryve because I believe everyone deserves to feel genuinely well - not just told everything is fine. My approach blends the science of nutrition with the whole-body perspective of naturopathy, grounded in evidence, guided by testing, and always tailored to the individual in front of me.

Get to know Emily.

I've always been drawn to health - growing up playing netball, I became fascinated early on by how what we eat shapes how we feel, perform, and recover. That curiosity led me to study a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, which gave me a solid foundation in the science of food and the body. But something was still missing.

At the same time, I was living through my own health struggles including debilitating digestive issues, period pain, and a persistent sense of not feeling well, despite doing all the 'right' things. Like so many women, I was told that what I was experiencing was normal. I wasn't convinced.

Discovering naturopathy changed everything. It gave me a framework for understanding the body as an interconnected system and a way to finally address the root cause of what I'd been experiencing, not just mask it. That shift was so profound that I went on to complete a further four years of study in naturopathy.

Now, I channel that personal and professional experience into supporting others to feel understood, empowered, and genuinely well.
